Here's How The Process Works
Agents work with Trinity Monetary Fund LLC to determine the potential Joint Venture (JV) then agents can borrow the necessary capital. They are a private hard money lender that can provide the necessary funds to purchase your investment property. Trinity Monetary fund will hold the 1st Trust Deed.
The property of interest is bought through Trinity Redevelopment Corp OR TRINITY HOMES CORP.
Bella Design Corp., our in-house, licensed contractor works to flip the home with input from you, the agent. They provide many great pre-selected schemes to choose from.
Once remodeling is complete, the home is listed with Monaco Realty to leverage marketing, for the convenience of handling, managing offers and ultimately to secure a successful closing.
The agent then finds a buyer of their new joint venture. Our prefered escrow company handles the entire transaction, in-house, from beginning to end.
The Result
Agents have the possibility of triple ending in the process of their own JV through the purchase, sale, re sale and receiving a set percentage of the profits from the flip (JV) itself. In short, you will maximize returns on your hard work without sacrificing the lifestyle every realtor deserves.
